Customer Handling & Sales
Greet and engage customers professionally and create a positive shopping experience.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Product Knowledge
Maintain excellent knowledge of products, collections, sizes, fabrics, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Stay updated with current fashion trends and new product launches.
Provide styling/product recommendations based on customer requirements.
Store & Sales Support
Ensure products are properly displayed, tagged, and replenished on the sales floor.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store as per brand standards.
Support stock checking and replenishment whenever required.
Handle POS/billing transactions accurately.
Assist with customer orders, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
