Customer Styling & Sales Support
• Provide personalized fashion and styling advice to customers via chat, call, WhatsApp, or video consultations.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and sizes based on preferences, trends, and occasions.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase average order value.
2. Offline Retail Sales
• Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Guide customers through the online purchase journey to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge & Trend Awareness
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, fabrics, and fits.
• Stay updated on seasonal launches, offers, and brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and popular styles.
4. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and preferences in CRM tools.
5. Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Assist in product styling inputs for campaigns, photoshoots, or social media (if required).
