Job Title: IC (Individual Contributor) – Retail Sales

Location: Gomti nagar Hazratganj, Alambagh Lucknow

Job Summary:

we are looking for enthusiastic and presentable candidates for the Individual Contributor (IC) – Retail Sales role at Gomti nagar Hazratganj, Alambagh Lucknow.

Only experienced candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales.

Maintain product displays and store hygiene.

Build strong relationships with customers and handle queries professionally.

Requirements:
