Key Responsibilities :-
1) Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
2) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
3) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4) Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
5) Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
6) Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
7) Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
8) Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
9) Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
10) Support promotional activities and special sales events.
