Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Trainee / Sales Executive to join our team at TATA CROMA. This role involves assisting shoppers, providing product information, processing transactions, and promoting sales. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to manage responsibilities such as stocking shelves, handling transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹15,000, along with attractive incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

- Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

- Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

- Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

- The minimum qualification for this role is a 12th-grade pass, with 0 to 2 years of experience.

- Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, possessing excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.

Training:

Training will be provided by the company.

Candidates should be prepared for 9 days of training in Ahmedabad, with all expenses covered by the company.
