Recommend suitable sarees and handcrafted products based on customer preferences.
Explain fabrics, weaving techniques, craftsmanship stories, and styling options.
Assist customers with saree draping or styling when required.
Drive sales and work towards achieving monthly store targets.
Handle billing, exchanges, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an organized product display.
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory checks.
Represent the brand’s values of tradition, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
Work collaboratively with the store team and maintain a positive store environment.
Be flexible to work on weekends, festivals, and peak retail hours.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to speak English and Hindi is required.
Knowledge of Kannada or Bengali (any one) is an added advantage.
