Job Summary

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive / Sales Executive for our client. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers in the store.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

• Maintain daily sales and customer records.

• Follow up with customers when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.

• Confident and presentable personality.

• Freshers can also apply; relevant experience will be preferred.
