SALES & SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

BUBBLES TOYS | INDIRANAGAR, LUCKNOW

Bubbles Toys is looking for an energetic, creative and customer-focused Sales & Social Media Executive to manage our store sales while also helping us grow our online presence.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🛍️ Store Sales

• Welcome and assist customers in-store

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable toys

• Demonstrate battery-operated cars, remote-control toys and other products

• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average bill value

• Handle customer queries and objections

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

• Maintain attractive product displays and shelves

• Ensure accurate billing, packing and stock handling

• Build relationships with regular customers

📱 Social Media

• Manage Instagram & Facebook for Bubbles Toys

• Create and post Reels, Stories, Posts and product videos

• Shoot simple product videos using a smartphone

• Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs

• Create content around new arrivals, trending toys, offers and customer stories

• Respond to Instagram/Facebook comments and DMs

• Coordinate with the store team to identify products/content opportunities

• Track basic social media performance: views, reach, engagement and enquiries

• Stay updated with trending Reels, sounds and toy-related content

⭐ SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• Strong sales & closing ability

• Confident personality and positive attitude

• Good knowledge/interest in toys and children’s products

• Comfortable appearing in or shooting short videos

• Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories & Facebook

• Basic video editing skills — CapCut/VN/InShot preferred

• Creative mindset and ability to identify content ideas

• Good Hindi + basic English communication

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
