We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Bubbles Toys Infant Stationery to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales & Customer Experience (50%)
• Welcome every customer with a warm greeting.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and occasion.
• Demonstrate toys and explain product features.
• Actively convert walk-ins into sales.
• Recommend complementary products and upgrades.
• Promote high-value categories like battery cars, toys and infant products.
• Handle price negotiations professionally without unauthorised discounts.
• Build relationships with repeat customers.
B. Store Operations (25%)
• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation.
• Ensure shelves are properly arranged and replenished.
• Maintain price tags and product displays.
• Handle billing, packing and payment collection.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
C. Customer Relationship Management (15%)
• Collect customer details with consent.
• Maintain customer follow-up records.
• Share offers and new arrivals through authorised communication channels.
• Encourage Google reviews and repeat visits.
• Handle customer complaints politely.
D. Reporting & Discipline (10%)
• Maintain daily sales reports.
• Track walk-ins, conversions and average bill value.
• Report daily achievements and challenges.
• Follow attendance, punctuality and grooming standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
