Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product info, and offer solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales & Targets: Actively promote products, upsell, implement sales strategies, and achieve individual and store sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of products, services, promotions, and market trends.
Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising, keep displays attractive, manage stock, and ensure a clean, organized environment.
Transactions & Admin: Process sales accurately (POS), handle returns, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Reporting & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and maintain accurate sales records for management.
