Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Promote and sell products, explain features, pricing, and offers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop and display counters.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain daily sales records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products.
Follow all food safety and quality guidelines.
Minimum high school education (or equivalent).
Prior experience in retail sales preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
