Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
Handle and follow up on leads received through online and offline channels.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for custom orders and timely deliveries.
Maintain inventory, stock records, and showroom presentation.
Proactively follow up with prospective customers to improve conversions.
Promote new collections, planters, artificial plants, and landscaping solutions.
Maintain customer and lead records systematically.
Candidate Requirements
6 month- 3 years of retail sales experience.
Home décor, furnishings, interiors, furniture, lifestyle, gardening, or luxury retail experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Smart, confident, professional, and presentable.
Good customer handling, sales closing, and follow-up skills.
Genuine interest in interiors, home décor, gardening, and green spaces.
