Sales Associate – A1 Cash & Carry

About the Role:
A1 Cash & Carry is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible Sales Associates to join our team for our upcoming store in Patna. The selected candidates will play an important role in assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day sales and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products, prices, offers, and availability.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Support daily sales activities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

• Maintain proper product arrangement, display, pricing, and availability on shelves.

• Replenish products and coordinate with the inventory/store team when stock is required.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the sales floor.

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and store procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, wholesale, or sales will be an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
