Job Title: Retail Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Delta 1, Greater Noida
Gender: Male Only

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products
Manage stock levels, inward/outward stock, and inventory records
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company standards
Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer handling skills
Sales and upselling ability
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
Inventory and stock management
Presentable personality and professional behavior
Ability to work in shifts and under sales pressure
