Job Description:

We are looking for a Retail Executive for our Electronic Store who can handle daily store operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.

• Handle sales, billing, and product demonstrations.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store.

• Manage stock levels and update inventory records regularly.

• Ensure proper arrangement of products and a pleasant shopping environment.

• Coordinate with the store manager for replenishment and sales targets.

• Handle basic computer operations and support in maintaining sales data.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in electronic appliances.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Tally/Excel preferred).

• Well-groomed, polite, and proactive in assisting customers.
