The Konnector role is a full-time, on-site position based in Khopat or Hiranandani. A Konnector engages directly with customers at KisanKonnect’s physical locations, Day-to-day tasks include guiding customers through their purchases, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and promoting .. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and farmers to ensure product availability, smooth store operations, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Konnectors are expected to maintain accurate information about offerings, support basic in-store merchandising, and assist with community-building initiatives and promotions.
