✅ Knowledge of sales targets, retail KPIs, upselling and POS
✅ Comfortable with shifts, weekends and mall working hours

🎓 Graduate mandatory
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Second-in-Charge in apparel or footwear retail
✅ Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
✅ Experience in team management, inventory and visual merchandising
✅ Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting

4️⃣ Store Manager (SM)

🎓 Graduate mandatory
✅ Minimum 6 years of experience in apparel or footwear retail
✅ Currently managing a store with monthly sales of ₹40 lakh or more
✅ Strong knowledge of sales targets, retail KPIs and store operations
✅ Experience in team management, inventory, Excel and reporting
✅ P&L management experience preferred
