Job Description – Sales Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their needs.
Assist customers in selecting products and explain features, pricing, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Promote ongoing schemes, discounts, and new arrivals.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and returns accurately.
Ensure proper product display, stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
Monitor inventory levels and inform the Store Manager about stock requirements.
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints politely.
Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations.
Follow company policies and store guidelines.
