Job వివరణ

Counter Executive with 6+ months of work experience required in hotelware products located at Parel / Cotton Green (nearby station), Mumbai

JD:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Accurately enter and process customer orders

- Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes

- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries

- Maintain up-to-date sales records and inventory levels

- Generate reports for the team and management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for inventory needs

- Build strong customer relationships, conduct market research, and support sales events

Salary up to Rs 20,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
