FOH Team – Customer Service & Counter Operations

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Department: Front of House (FOH)

Location: Palam, Nawada
Roles: Cashier/POS Operator, Showroom Team Member, Bain Marie Counter Team Member, Chaat Counter Team Member, Snacks Counter Team Member, Order Taker, Server, Hostess, Beverage Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a polite and friendly approach.

• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.

• Handle POS billing, cash/card/UPI payments and basic reconciliation.

• Manage assigned counters and ensure proper product display and serving.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and temperature-control standards.

• Ensure accurate and timely order handover to customers.

• Support table service, guest seating and service coordination.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counters and service areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen and other FOH team members for smooth operations.

• Support the team during peak hours and maintain service standards.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Cashier/POS: Billing, POS operations, payment handling and basic verification.

• Showroom: Customer assistance, sweets/retail product handling and display.

• Bain Marie: Product holding, serving and temperature discipline.

• Chaat: Manage hot & cold chaat preparation/serving and counter operations.

• Snacks: Prepare/serve snacks and maintain counter standards.

• Order Taker/Server: Take orders, serve guests and ensure timely service.

• Hostess: Guest greeting, seating and service coordination.

• Beverage: Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining hygiene and quality.

Requirements:

• 6 Months–2 Years relevant experience preferred.

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of POS preferred for Cashier role.

• Positive attitude and good teamwork.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
