2. Operations Excellence

• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

• Maintain 100% compliance with KFC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor food quality, product availability, and service standards.

• Ensure timely opening and closing of the restaurant.

3. Customer Satisfaction

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Improve guest experience through team coaching and service excellence.

4. People Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.

• Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower efficiently.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

• Maintain high employee engagement and reduce attrition.

5. Food Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Maintain high audit scores (Internal, External, and FSSAI).

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.

• Minimize food wastage through inventory management.

6. Inventory & Cost Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.

• Control food cost, paper cost, and operational expenses within budget.

• Reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock variance.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

7. Financial Management

• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.

• Control labour cost through effective scheduling.

• Verify daily sales, deposits, and financial reports.

• Improve overall restaurant profitability.

8. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

• Maintain workplace safety and security standards.

• Ensure statutory records and licenses are updated.

• Report incidents and take corrective actions promptly.

9. Training & Team Development

• Complete all mandatory training programs.

• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.

• Develop future shift managers and team leaders.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

10. Reporting & Administration

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on time.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and action plans.
