ROLE

Unit Manager is expected to work within a Bikanervala Outlet – Outlet Supervision department. The role involves supervising overall outlet operations.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bikanervala Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.

DESIRED PROFILE

Hotel management graduate & relevant work experience of operation management & Customer/guest service.

Functional Skills:

·       Ensures that correct operational procedures are followed and takes corrective action if necessary.

·       Works with staff to achieve sales goals, using available reports to identify opportunities. Shall involve in marketing & promotional activities

·       Coaches and train FOH & BOH staff, management trainees, shift managers, assistant unit managers.

·       Delivery of Quality Product as per the SOP.

·       To manage and operate the outlet with Indian ethnic food (Sweets, Foods(Veg.), Snacks & Beverages).

·       Increase profitability & customer reach.

·       Handle monthly attendance/roasters of restaurant staff.

·       Proper MIS/Report submission to Area Head.

·       Proper knowledge of the geographic area to ensure compliance with standards & government regulations.

Behavioral Skills:

·       Active listening & attention to detail, time management & monitoring, good organizational behavior.
