Position Open for Following Role:

Restaurant/Cafe/QSR Captain

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.

• Operate the POS/billing system accurately and efficiently.

• Assist customers, resolve queries, and take ownership of customer satisfaction.

• Collect genuine customer feedback and encourage Google reviews.

• Handle cash and digital payments correctly; ensure no payment or bill is missed.

• Support food packing, order handover, and occasionally prepare mojitos/thickshakes as required.

• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and served on time.

• Minimize delays, errors, and food wastage.

• Keep the counter, POS area, and customer-facing space clean and organized at all times.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service.

• Stay active, alert, and engaged during duty hours.

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other staff for smooth operations.

• Motivate teammates and maintain a positive work environment.

• Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons whenever appropriate.

• Monitor inventory at the counter and store; keep track of stock levels.

• Ensure there is no shortage of ingredients, packaging materials, or consumables during operations.

• Be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and accountable for all assigned duties.
