About the Role

Joyalukkas is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly approach.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented.

Assist with billing, product handling, stock coordination, and other store activities as required.

Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, security, and jewellery handling.

Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and product knowledge.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: 12th pass / Diploma /Graduate.

Experience: 0–3 years of retail or jewellery sales experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented and confident personality.

Strong convincing and selling abilities.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Well-groomed and professional in appearance.

Willingness to work in a retail showroom environment, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
