Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Generate and manage leads through various sources.

• Guide team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and provide performance updates to management.

• Support team members in achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth sales operations.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure timely submission of daily updates.

• Train and develop team members to improve their sales performance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

• Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer handling.

Compensation:

Salary: As per experience and company standards

Site Work:

Saturday & Sunday: Site visits / client meetings may be required as per business requirements.
