We are looking for a Store/Purchase Associate/Assistant to join our team at 5 star cake shop. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and check bakery raw materials, packaging materials and other supplies.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
Check stock levels and inform the Purchase Manager about replenishment requirements.
Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining purchase-related documents.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries.
Verify quantity, quality and condition of received materials.
Maintain proper storage and organization of products/materials.
Support daily stock checking and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain Excel sheets and basic purchase/store records.
Coordinate with the production, kitchen and operations teams.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Store & Purchase operations
Good MS Excel knowledge
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of inventory management
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain records and documentation
Experience in Bakery / Café / Restaurant / Hotel / F&B will be preferred
