Promoter Supervisor

The Job is of Area Supervisor location is Ahmedabad / Mumbai

Candidate will have to travel to different Stores in Gujarat or Mumbai to co-ordinate with Retail Sales Promoter

Job Profile

· Manage and supervise Promoters, Advisors & Nutrition Counsellors across assigned stores.

· Plan team working, daily schedules, targets and monthly PJP.

· Ensure attendance, timely reporting, grooming, discipline and performance of the team.

· Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and KPI targets.

· Build strong relationships with Store/Department Managers and resolve store-level operational issues.

· Monitor stock, sampling activities, tools, uniforms and other field requirements.

· Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly performance/attendance reports.

· Track sales, incentives, attrition, competition and market activities.

· Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and documentation of new team members.

· Conduct refresher trainings and monthly team meetings.

· Coordinate with HR, Regional Team, KDM and HO on operational requirements and issues

Candidate Profile

· Gender - Male / Female both can apply

· Age limit – Between 25 to 32 years

· Qualifications - Graduate Preferred

· Experience - At least 1 year worked as a supervisor

· Location – Gujarat -Ahmedabad / Mumbai

Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel Baroda, Gandhinagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Indore & Bhopal
