Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
1. Customer Service:
Greet & Assist Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and help them find what they need.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.
2. Store Standards:
Support Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s appearance by following guidelines for product displays.
Proper Product Handling: Ensure products are handled carefully and organized correctly on the shelves.
3. Basic Operations:
Learn Store Procedures: Follow company guidelines for tasks like stocking, housekeeping, and cashiering.
Assist with Cashiering: When needed, help with basic cashier duties to provide smooth service.
4. Growth & Learning:
On-the-Job Training: Take part in training sessions to improve your skills and grow within the role.
