We are looking for a responsible and organized front desk executive who can manage patient coordination along with basic pharmacy and stock handling at the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient registration, appointments, and billing
Maintain daily patient records and entries
Dispense prescribed medicines as per doctor’s instructions
Manage clinic pharmacy stock (checking expiry, maintaining inventory, placing orders)
Coordinate smoothly between doctor, patients, and staff
Ensure front desk area is well managed and welcoming
Requirements:
Prior experience in clinic/hospital/pharmacy setup preferred
Basic understanding of medicines and billing
Good communication and polite behaviour with patients
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with basic computer work
Working Style:
Should be responsible, calm, and patient-friendly
Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy OPD hours
