Pharmacy Counter Salesman

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchasing medicines, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the pharmacy counter.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner

Candidate should have the knowledge of salts of medicines.

He/ She should know how to read he prescription.

Dispense medicines as per prescription under pharmacist supervision

Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately

Maintain stock levels and ensure proper arrangement of medicines

Check expiry dates and remove outdated products

Answer customer queries regarding basic medicines and healthcare products

Keep the counter and store clean and organized

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Pharmacy-related experience preferred)

Prior experience in a medical store or pharmacy is an advantage

Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
