Operations In-Charge - Kiosks / QSR business (Ops & Growth)
Responsible for end-to-end operations of DIMSUM CORNER kiosks, ensuring smooth daily functioning, manpower stability, hygiene, inventory control and service quality, while actively driving sales growth, AOV improvement, marketing execution and expansion support.
Operations & People
Oversee daily operations, shift discipline and service quality across kiosks
Manage hiring, rostering, training and staff performance
Ensure SOP, POS discipline and issue resolution
Inventory, Hygiene & Compliance
Control inventory, wastage and replenishment coordination
Maintain FSSAI, hygiene and food safety standards
Conduct routine audits and corrective actions
Sales & Growth
Drive sales targets, improve AOV & ticket size via upselling
Execute marketing campaigns and promotions on-ground
Capture customer feedback and support LTV initiatives
Backend & Expansion Support
Coordinate with central ops, marketing and finance
Assist in new location scouting, footfall analysis and market surveys
3–6 years experience in QSR / food kiosks / multi-unit operations
Strong people management + execution mindset
Field-oriented, commercially aware and growth-focused
%age of incremental sales over baseline
Payout slab-based to avoid complexity
Bonus triggered if network AOV increases by X%
Low attrition + hygiene audit above benchmark
