Operations Executive

Role Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our car rental services. You will handle vehicle allocation, customer service and operational processes, ensuring optimal performance and high customer satisfaction.
 
Roles and Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management:

• Oversee vehicle allotment and plan for the next day's operations.

• Monitor vehicle availability, location, and condition regularly.

• Allocate vehicles to customers based on bookings and requirements.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary items.

• Manage vehicle tracking and GPS systems.

• Customer Management:

• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback.

• Manage VIP and VVIP bookings to ensure special attention and service.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure a positive customer experience during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

• Resolve customer escalations effectively.

• Documentation and Operations Support:

• Manage vehicle insurance and relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare regular reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.

Shift Job : Please note this role is based on rotational shift, 6day working.
