MODERN TRADE / RETAIL SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade / Retail Sales Manager who can independently manage and develop business with retail chains, modern trade, and large-format retail stores across India.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business with Modern Trade & Retail chains

• Build strong relationships with Buyers, Category Managers & Procurement Teams

• Identify and onboard new retail accounts

• Handle POs, TP, margins, schemes, promotions & commercial negotiations

• Drive sales, distribution, and product visibility across retail stores

• Manage order planning, replenishment, and inventory coordination

• Track sell-in, sell-out, stock, and secondary sales

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, dispatch, claims, and payments

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Identify and develop new retail opportunities across India

🔹 Preferred Experience

Candidates with existing experience in modern trade, retail chains, or large-format retail will be preferred.

Experience in Footwear / Fashion / FMCG / Lifestyle / Consumer Retail will be an advantage.

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ 4–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account / Retail Sales

✅ Strong buyer & procurement negotiation skills

✅ Good understanding of margins, TP, schemes, and commercial terms

✅ Strong communication & relationship-building skills

✅ Willingness to travel across India

✅ Target-oriented and capable of independently handling key accounts
