JOB DESCRIPTION – MOBILE SALES PROMOTER

Designation: Mobile Sales Promoter

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.

2. Explain mobile features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.

3. Demonstrate mobile phones and help customers select the right model.

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Focus on model-wise sales targets and brand-specific promotions.

6. Maintain good relationships with customers and showroom staff.

7. Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and promotional offers.

8. Maintain product displays, stock awareness, and showroom cleanliness.

9. Follow up with customers to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

10. Submit daily sales reports to the Team Leader or Area Sales Manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of mobile phone features and specifications.

- Sales negotiation and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

- Ability to work in a retail showroom.
