Qualifications & Experience

• 1-5+ years of retail or field sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, electronics or consumer durables.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

• Comfort with using smartphones, retail apps & digital tools.

• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays & during peak seasons as per retail calendar.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

• TSM and ISPs report into the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
