Manager- Terminal Retail & F&B Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Leasing Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential retail and F&B brands (Indian & international) aligned with airport positioning Drive commercial negotiations , business terms (MG/MMG/Rev Share), and closure of deals Conceptualise and curate category mix strategies to maximise revenue and passenger engagement Build and leverage a strong industry network across malls, brands, franchise operators, and aggregators 2. Project Management & Execution Lead end-to-end execution of new outlets from concept to go-live , ensuring timelines and quality standards Coordinate with design, projects, operations, and regulatory teams (including BCAS where applicable) Monitor progress of fit-outs and ensure on-time store openings aligned with traffic milestones Ensure readiness for key launches, including international operations ramp-up 3. Revenue & Performance Management Drive sales performance across portfolio , with clear focus on revenue maximisation and yield enhancement Track outlet performance through data insights and implement corrective interventions where required Work closely with partners to drive promotional plans, merchandising improvements, and sales uplift initiatives 4. Stakeholder & Partner Management Manage relationships with key retailers, F&B operators, and JV partners Ensure strong alignment on business objectives, service standards, and passenger experience Act as a single point of accountability for assigned zones/assets 5. Strategic Initiatives Support development of new commercial concepts , innovations, and alternate revenue streams Benchmark with leading airports and malls to bring best-in-class practices Contribute to long-term commercial strategy and asset monetisation plans Qualifications Experience 8–10 years of experience in: Airport retail / Non-aero commercial Shopping malls / retail leasing F&B business development / hospitality formats Proven track record of: Closing high-value deals Managing projects from concept to execution Driving strong sales and revenue performance
