Jewellery Salesman

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our airport store team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and elegance.
Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet and assist domestic & international passengers professionally

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

• Provide product knowledge including material, care instructions & styling advice

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising standards

• Ensure display hygiene and product organization

• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately

• Assist in stock counting and inventory management

• Follow airport retail compliance & security protocols

Brand Representation

• Maintain well-groomed appearance as per brand standards

• Deliver luxury-level customer service experience

• Build repeat customer relationships where possible
  
  👤 Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (jewellery/fashion/luxury preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/gujrati preferred)

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shift)

  • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle international customers confidently
