We are looking for a Jewellery Salesperson to join our team at Alex Jewellery

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Fashion Jewellery Sales Executive who will be responsible for converting customer enquiries into confirmed orders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to follow up consistently until the enquiry is successfully converted into a sale. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, phone calls and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable jewellery products and provide product details, pricing and availability.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet placed an order.

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Share product images, catalogues, videos, pricing and other relevant information with customers.

• Handle customer objections related to price, design, quality, delivery and product availability and work towards closing the sale.

• Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability, billing, packing and dispatch of confirmed orders.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and pending orders.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Track and report daily enquiries, orders generated and conversion rates.

• Identify high-potential customers and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach while dealing with customers.
