Store Operations: Maintain attractive, clean displays; assist with inventory; and manage POS systems for transactions.
Customer Relations: Build loyalty for repeat business through exceptional service.
Trend Awareness: Stay current on jewelry trends and new product lines.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Previous sales, preferably in luxury or jewelry.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Qualities: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Education: High school diploma often required; formal education not always necessary.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
