Counter Sales Executive

Location: Shankeshwar Jewellers, Phadke Road, Dombivli (East)
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only
Age Requirement: 25 to 40 years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Jewellery or retail sales experience preferred)
Salary Offered: ₹17,000 to ₹19,000 per month (Increment (yearly based on performance & attitude)

Job Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales

• Welcome and interact with customers in a polite and presentable manner.

• Understand customer preferences, taste, and product requirements.

• Guide customers in selecting suitable jewellery designs.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Customer Service & After-Sales

• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

• Provide complete customer service, including after-sales support.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Store Conduct & Discipline

• Maintain counter hygiene, jewellery displays, and showroom presentation.

• Follow all showroom rules, policies, and procedures strictly.

• No sharing of personal mobile numbers with customers or colleagues.

• No unnecessary chit-chat among fellow executives unless related to store work.

• Maintain confidentiality of all store information — any data sharing will lead to immediate termination.

Work Timings & Attendance Rules

• Timing: 10:30 AM sharp to 9:15 – 9:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Monday (only if the store is closed or no official duty is assigned)

• If the store is closed but the executive is needed for official work, she must attend.

• No late coming, no early leaving.

• No unnecessary leaves permitted.

• Taking more than 4 leaves in a month may result in suspension or termination.

Mobile & Communication Rules

• No mobile phone usage during work hours except for urgent family calls.

• No sharing of personal numbers with customers or colleagues.

• Violation will result in a warning; repeated violations may lead to suspension.

• Internal communication should be strictly professional and related to store duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidate aged 25–40

• Well-presented, confident and customer-friendly

• Showroom's attire/uniform shall be well presentable

• Polite, responsible and disciplined

• Dedicated to her job, not working only for the sake of formality

• Able to handle customers independently

• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

• Committed to maintaining customer and store confidentiality
