Sales & Customer Service

· Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

· Demonstrate gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.

· Explain product quality, pricing, making charges, and offers.

· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

· Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Showroom Operations

· Maintain cleanliness and visual display of jewellery counters.

· Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items.

· Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

· Assist in stock verification and inventory management.

Customer Experience

· Provide polite, professional, and personalized service.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchange requests.

· Inform customers about new arrivals, schemes, and promotions.
