We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and target-oriented Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and appointmnt-based clients. Understand client requiremets and recommend suitable jewellery.
Present and explain diamond gold and gemstone jewellery.
Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI and repeat clients.
Manage enquiries, follow-up and sales conversions.
Achieve indivdual and store sales targets.
Maintain excellent luxury service standards and client e
perience.
Requirements:
1–6+ years of prior jewellery sales experience is mandtory.
Good knowledge of diamonds, gold and jewellery.
Excellent commnication and client-handling skills.
Strong sales, follow-up and closing abilities.
Well-groomed, polished and professional personality.
HNI/UHNI client-handling experience will be an advantage.
