Job Title: Sales Manager – Diamond Polki S

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹1,25,000+ per month (Commensurate with experience & portfolio)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a profound specialization in Diamond Polki (uncut diamond) jewellery. This role is not just about sales; it’s about storytelling, heritage appreciation, and building long-term relationships with connoisseurs of traditional Indian jewellery. You will lead our Polki department, ensuring that every client receives an expert-led consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Sales: Drive sales for high-value Diamond Polki sets, including Jadau, Meenakari, and Victorian-style fusion pieces.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Curate and maintain a private database of HNW and Ultra-HNW clients; handle luxury bridal consultations.

• Technical Expertise: Educate clients on the nuances of Polki, including 'Syndicate' vs. 'Kilwas' quality, gold purity, and the intricacy of the setting.

• Inventory Management: Oversee the Polki inventory, ensuring stock is optimally displayed and tracking fast-moving vs. signature pieces.

• Bespoke Services: Work closely with the design team to facilitate custom-made orders, translating client visions into technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The "Polki Eye": Minimum 5–8 years of experience specifically in Diamond Polki/Jadau sales within a luxury showroom environment.

• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Polki manufacturing process, traditional Rajasthani craftsmanship, and valuation of uncut diamonds.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English; ability to speak with the grace and sophistication required in the luxury sector.

• Local Market Insight: Strong networking ties within the Jaipur jewellery circuit and an understanding of the seasonal bridal market.
