Chandikala is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to deliver a premium in-store experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards aligned with a luxury silver jewellery experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and warm manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery/products
Explain product features, purity (92.5 silver), and pricing confidently
Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell premium collections
Maintain showroom display, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing, basic inventory coordination, and product handling
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
Promote ongoing offers, festive collections, and new launches

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Focus on high-value product selling (premium MC categories)
Customer satisfaction and repeat client conversion
Contribution towards old stock liquidation (if applicable)
👤 Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years (Retail / Jewellery preferred)
Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, basic English)
Presentable personality with customer-handling skills
Sales-driven mindset with willingness to learn
