🎯 Role Overview

• 💎 Handle showroom sales for Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewellery

• 👋 Attend walk-in customers & guide them with best options

• 🤝 Build trust and create a premium buying experience

• 🎯 Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

🟡 Gold Jewellery Section

• 🟡 Assist customers in selecting gold jewellery (22K/18K etc.)

• 📏 Explain purity, weight, making charges & pricing

• 💰 Handle billing coordination for gold items

• 🔄 Update customers about latest designs & offers

• 🛡️ Follow safety & handling procedures for high-value items

⚪ Silver Jewellery Section

• ⚪ Show and promote silver jewellery & articles

• 🎁 Suggest items for gifting & daily use

• 📦 Maintain proper display & stock arrangement

• 💬 Upsell silver items to increase bill value

• 🧾 Assist in stock checking and replenishment

🔷 Diamond Jewellery Section

• 🔷 Assist in selling diamond jewellery (rings, necklaces, sets)

• 💎 Explain 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat) in simple terms

• 📜 Inform customers about certification & authenticity

• 🎯 Focus on premium sales & high-value conversions

• 🤝 Build long-term relationship with premium clients

🛠️ General Responsibilities

• 👗 Maintain showroom cleanliness & attractive display

• 😊 Provide excellent customer service & polite communication

• 📊 Maintain basic sales records & follow-ups

• 🔐 Handle jewellery carefully as per showroom guidelines

🎓 Eligibility

• 📚 Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

• 🕒 Experience: Minimum 6 months in any sales (Jewellery preferred)

• 🗣️ Good communication & customer handling skills

• 👚 Presentable personality & positive attitude
