Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist in selecting items, ensuring a personalized experience.
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including precious metals, gemstones, pricing, and trends.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure display cases are clean, organized, secure, and visually appealing.
Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
Transaction Processing: Use Point of Sale (POS) systems for sales, returns, and exchanges.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
