About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Counter Sales Executive for a reputed Luxury Jewellery Brand. The candidate should have strong jewellery retail sales experience along with hands-on knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and provide a premium luxury retail experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

Drive counter sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Explain jewellery designs, diamond specifications, pricing, and product features.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.

Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Maintain product presentation and ensure excellent showroom standards.

Support billing, stock coordination, and other store operations as required.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a reputed Jewellery Brand – Mandatory.

Lab-Grown Diamond experience – Mandatory.

Experience in Luxury / Premium Jewellery Retail preferred.

Strong communication, customer-handling, and selling skills.

Target-oriented with a strong passion for luxury retail.

Candidates currently or previously associated with established jewellery brands are preferred.
