Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

·        Smart, fluent in English, and highly knowledgeable about diamond jewellery quality.

·        Answering phone queries and providing excellent customer care service.

·        Taking orders and processing transactions accurately.

·        Building rapport with customers to understand their preferences and needs.

·        Assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and budget.

·        Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the jewellery industry.

·        Exceptional patience and politeness when dealing with customers.

·        Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Familiarity with basic computer skills.          

·        A passion for jewellery and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Additional Requirements:

·        Actively involved in outdoor sales activities, including travel across various cities and states in India.

·        Generating new business opportunities through B2B channels, including retailers, wholesalers, and showroom chains.

·        Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients across different regions.

·        Understanding the unique preferences and demands of clients in various regional markets.

·        Organizing and attending jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and sales meetings in different parts of India.

·        Presenting jewellery collections professionally to B2B clients and effectively closing high-value deals.

·        Following up with potential clients and ensuring timely order execution and after-sales support.

·        Creating region-specific sales strategies and reporting on market trends and competitor activity.
