Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including gold, diamonds, and precious stones.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays are clean, organized, visually appealing, and properly stocked.
Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, receiving new inventory, and ensuring merchandise is securely displayed.
Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
Previous experience in jewelry retail, luxury goods, or high-end sales is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate the value and quality of pieces.
