Jewellery Sales Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable Counter Sales Executives to represent our brand across our premium showrooms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the perfect pieces across our Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Platinum collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Warmly greet customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Product Presentation: Confidently showcase and explain the features, craftsmanship, and pricing of Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Platinum jewellery.

• Sales & Targets: Actively drive sales to meet and exceed monthly store targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining counter hygiene, and conducting daily inventory checks.

• Transaction Handling: Guide customers through the billing process smoothly and professionally.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Absolute fluency in Bengali and English is mandatory. (Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion) is highly preferred, though freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Skills: Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.

• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and retain detailed information about different metals, gem grades, and jewellery making (training will be provided).

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
